Our workflow combines sequence design, optimized in vitro transcription, purification and quality control to deliver high-quality RNA tailored to your application.

Custom sequence design and optimization
Special AI design tool to support custom sequence design and optimization towards better mRNA expression and stability.
Cap 1 and modified nucleotide options
Natural Cap1 structure can be synthesized by VCE or direct synthesis with cap analog. Various nucleotide modification can be chosen for better stability and lower immunogenicity.
Advanced purification with stringent QC
All synthesis will be purified through affinity purification (HPLC or oligo-dT) to achieve the best expression. Special purification towards immunogenic dsRNA is also available for in vivo use. Apart from standard release QC, more than 15 optional tests can be added for comprehensive CQA pannel.
Flexible scale from research screening to larger studies
For mRNA, saRNA and circRNA synthesis, we provide from 1mg to 1g to cover from discovery to pre-clinical development. Chemically synthesized short RNA can be ordered from 2OD. For high throughput mRNA synthesis of 10 sequences or more, our HT platform support 100ug/seuqence in 2-3 weeks.
