Shipping policy

The default shipping option for USA domestic deliveries is UPS (less or equal to) 2-days shipping solution. For international deliveries, FedEx is our typical carrier of choice.

Order processing time is usually of 1-2 business days, and we ship from Boston, USA, and from Basel, in Switzerland.

Internationally, depending on the country of destination, we ship with delivery at place (DAP) international commerce terms (incoterms) or delivery duty paid (DDP) incoterms. If your final cart shows "taxes" and/or "duties" as a separate line item, then we will be shipping with DDP incoterms. If not, with DAP incoterms.

In the case of DAP incoterms, the import duties and any applicable customs fees, such as VAT, Sales taxes, tariffs, administrative customs clearance and other applicable fees are the buyer's responsibility, to be paid to the pertinent border authorities when receiving the shipment. Customs authorities and/or the Courier (e.g., FedEx/UPS/DHL) will reach out to the email address and/or telephone number left on file at the moment of the order. Failure to promptly follow up for customs clearance might result in delays, additional warehouse storage charges, and even return or destruction of the shipment. AmRNA is not responsible for any loss resulting from incorrect contact information inserted at check out, or for not responding promptly to border authorities.

If your cart does not automatically include "taxes" and/or "duties", but you want to make sure we ship with DDP terms to you, i.e., pre-pay custom-related fees, please reach out to us at info@amrna.bio and we will be happy to arrange it and send a custom quote to you.

We ship worldwide, following international safety regulations and in respect of existing political limitations towards sanctioned regions. Countries that have stricter import regulations may prevent us from delivering selected items. It is the buyer's responsibility to be aware of the import regulations and process of the country of delivery. If you are unsure, please reach out to us before placing an order and we might be able to help find out.

While we will help with the import process as possible, we are not responsible for customs final decisions, or additional documentation border authorities might request from the buyer. Goods that are returned from customs due to the unavailability of the buyer or the inability to provide requested documentation on time, will be considered returned products.
