Product description

Cre NLS mRNA (N1-Me-PseudoUTP) is capable of expressing Cre recombinase protein with nuclear localization signal. Cre recombinase is a type I topoisomerase of bacteriophage P1, which catalyzes site-specific recombination of DNA between loxP sites, resulting in DNA deletion and translocation. This product can be used for conditional gene knockout.
