EGFP mRNA

EGFP mRNA (N1-Me-Pseudo UTP) is capable of expressing enhanced green fluorescent protein
(EGFP) within cells following transfection. EGFP was originally extracted from the jellyfish (Aequorea Victoria), and is a commonly used reporter gene for direct detection in mammalian cell culture. It produces bright green fluorescence (at a wavelength of 509 nm). This product can serve as a positive control for mRNA transfection, and further be used for screening and
validation of delivery formulations or expression systems.
