Product description

dsRNA hairpin70 is a single-stranded mRNA with a 70 bp stem-loop structure at 3’ end, and the loop consists of 100 polyA. It mimics the structure of dsRNA impurity that is generated during the IVT process. This mRNA has a 5’ cap1 structure and is prepared with either N1-methyl-pseudouridine or unmodified uridine. Under unique design and strict quality control, this product can be used as dsRNA controls or reference standard for analytical development.
