Product description

PD-L1 mRNA (N1-Me-Pseudo UTP) is a mRNA sequence encoding programmed death-ligand 1, which binds PD‑1 to inhibit T‑cell activity and is a key molecule in immune evasion and checkpoint blockade research. This product is ideal for immuno-oncology research, general cancer biology, and immunotherapy biomarker studies, and further be used for screening and validation of delivery formulations or expression systems.

This mRNA features following structure: 

  • Cap 1 (N7-methylguanosine Cap) with high capping efficiency 
  • Poly(A) tail with 100 consecutive A 
  • 5’ and 3’ UTR with proven efficient translation 
  • ORF with codon optimization
